Today, we're happy to announce that Less Than or Equal is joining Relay FM.

In short, Less Than or Equal is a podcast dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments and contributions of geeks facing inequality in their industries.

Hosted by Aleen Simms, this show is built on the belief that high-quality conversations about equality, awareness and understanding help drive us to a place where everyone of every gender, sexual orientation, race, color, physical ability, and physical appearance deserves to be treated equally by the tech industry and other geeky communities.

Under the Radar: a new development-focused show from Relay FM

The next couple of months are going to be really exciting for Relay FM. We have a lot of great stuff in the pipeline.

Today, we are excited to welcome Under The Radar to our roster of shows.

Under The Radar features Marco Arment (host of ATP and Top Four) and newcomer to Relay FM, (Underscore) David Smith.

Any of you that are familiar with David's fantastic developer-focused show, Developing Perspective, will be thrilled to know that each week on Under The Radar, you'll get to hear David and Marco discuss the challenges of being independent iOS developers. Topics range from coding and design to trying to make an app a viable business.

Under The Radar will be a weekly show and never over 30 minutes in length.
